I wrote this post in November, coincidentally titled “Are you just a glorified cheater…”, which I think you might find helpful, if you want to understand more about polyamory. If you decide to learn more about the psychology of it, I highly recommend Franklin Veaux’s book “More Than Two”.

And if you don’t want to understand— it’s totally okay too. ☺ I would just like to ask you to have an open mind when you find out that someone close to you is poly or if you meet a poly person that you don’t know, because living a lifestyle outside of any social norm is already hard enough and feeling judged doesn’t make it easier.
